The hearings continued today with evidence from Roger Taylor (director of research and public affairs at Dr Foster Intelligence) and Tim Straughan (chief executive of the NHS Information Centre).
On Wednesday 15 June 2011, the Inquiry heard evidence from Dr Paulette Myers, former deputy director of health strategy and head of clinical governance at Shropshire and Staffordshire Strategic Health Authority
On Thursday 16 June 2011, the Inquiry heard evidence from Justin McCracken (chief executive of the Health Protection Agency). This was followed by evidence from Dr Musarrat Afza, a consultant in communicable disease control at the HPA.
