The Inquiry’s terms of reference ask the Chairman to consider the culture of the different organisations with a role in monitoring, supervising or regulating Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.  The seminar will provide an opportunity to explore some of the themes raised about culture in the evidence heard by the Inquiry, looking at the nature of the organisational culture in the NHS, its strengths and its weaknesses.
