Patient Experience - Stafford - Wednesday 2 November 2011

The material submitted to the Inquiry and evidence heard in the hearings has highlighted the difficulty the NHS can have in responding adequately to the needs and feedback of patients and carers when things go wrong. Equally important is the way that organisations involve patients, carers and the public in planning service improvement.  This seminar will look at how the NHS involves patients and carers and how it might do better.
