Update and anticipated timetable for final report

The Chairman to the Inquiry has today announced the timetable for the Inquiry going forwards. It is expected that the Chairman will submit his report to the Secretary of State for Health on Monday 15 October 2012.

The Inquiry hearings concluded on 1 December 2011.

The Inquiry has now adjourned for the Chairman to consider the evidence and submissions made, and to write his final report. The report will be published later this year.
